We think it will make us sleep better.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Here are the experiences of people about Sleeping-Without:<\/p>\n<p><!--more--> <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Starting the day is so much easier:<\/strong> <\/span><em>&#8216;I used to wake up feeling horrible. I didn&#8217;t feel like starting the day, I really had to pump myself up with a few cups of coffee. Now that I&#8217;ve stopped drinking, getting up is still not my favorite part of the day, but I do feel rested and stronger, I feel like I can take on anything.&#8217;<\/em>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>You sleep much better:<\/strong> <\/span><em>\u2018I used to drink to get a good night&#8217;s rest. I always figured: I can&#8217;t fall asleep without a glass of wine. Now it turns out that it wasn&#8217;t true, I did not expect that! I sleep soundly and deeply, often without waking up during the night. Sure, I fell asleep fast when I used to drink, but I also woke up a couple of times per night. I woke up at 4 AM on a regular basis, even if it was just for a visit to the bathroom. It was exhausting, really<\/em><em>. &#8216;<\/em>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">You&#8217;re more fit during the day: <\/span><\/strong><em>&#8216;Now that my sleep has become so much better, I&#8217;m much more fit during the day. I haven&#8217;t completely lost my &#8216;afternoon dip&#8217;, but it has decreased significantly. We attaqueren het vaak met 'een slaapmutsje', een slokje -of meer- van het \u00e9\u00e9n of ander. \u00a0En denken dat we daar beter van slapen<\/span>\r\n\r\nHier de ervaringen van mensen over Slapen-Zonder:<!--more-->\r\n\r\n<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>De start van de dag is veel makkelijker :<\/strong>\r\n<\/span><em>'Vroeger werd ik steevast nogal brak wakker werd, geen zin in de dag, moest mezelf echt opkalefateren met een paar koppen koffie. Nu ik niet drink, sta ik nog steeds niet juichend op, maar ik voel me wel fris en sterk, ik heb het gevoel dat ik de dag wel aan kan.'<\/em>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Je slaapt veel beter:<\/strong>\r\n<\/span><em>\u2018ik dronk om maar goed te slapen. Ik dacht altijd: zonder een wijntje val ik niet in slaap. Nu blijkt het tegendeel waar te zijn, had ik nooit verwacht! Ik slaap rustig en diep, vaak zelfs in \u00e9\u00e9n keer door. Met drank viel ik weliswaar makkelijk in slaap, maar ik werd ook een paar keer per nacht wakker. 4 uur \u2019s ochtends vaste prik, al was het alleen maar omdat ik naar de wc moest. Doodvermoeiend eigenlijk. '<\/em>\r\n\r\n<strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Je bent overdag fitter:\r\n<\/span><\/strong><em>'Omdat mijn slaap nu van zoveel betere kwaliteit is, ben ik overdag veel fitter. Ik ben mijn \u2018afternoon dip\u2019 niet helemaal kwijt, maar het is wel veel minder. Ik kan de dag beter aan.
