Client Council

If you are receiving treatment with us, you can have a say and contribute ideas about our policies. For this purpose, a client council has been established.

The members of the client council represent everyone involved with  Kick Your Habits. This includes current and potential clients, their families, visitors, and patient associations.

The council meets regularly with management to discuss topics that matter to clients. How well are clients being treated? Are waiting times too long? These are just a few examples of the range of issues that can be addressed.

The purpose of the Client Council

is to give clients a voice

Clients should be able to have a say in policies. Key points include:

  • Treatment of clients
  • Time and attention for the client
  • Safety
  • Privacy
  • Waiting times
  • Facilities

The Client Council advocates for clients’ interests and aims to promote their participation in decision-making. The goal is to ensure care is better aligned with their wishes and needs — delivering optimal quality care, without long waits, and with a positive treatment experience.
